SFDC, CRM Implementation, configuration, system design, customization or related project activities. Full life cycle implementation
Job Description
- Able to develop solution, estimate it
- Respond to proposal / RFP-s and also have delivery experience.
- Work as Lead Business Analyst on the assigned engagement
- Prepare FSD (Functional specification Document).
- Understand the entire requirement and prepare Fit Gap analysis.
- Prepare FRS (functional requirement specification) based on the FSD and fit gap analysis.
- Present Conference Room Pilot showing SFDC fit to the customers organization
- Advise customer organization on SFDC usage and help minimize gaps between standard SFDC customer-s business processes with creative configuration
- Prepare Business test case Documents
- Prepare and conduct UAT (user acceptance Test).
- Prepare User Manuals and Training Plans
- Provide pre go live and post go live end user support
- Ensures project documents are complete and project is delivered successfully as per the plan
Qualification Details
Essential Qualification: - SFDC certification and/or experience in SFDC sales, marketing and services clouds
Preferred Qualification: BE/BTech + MBA
Experience Details
Essential Experience: Minimum 4+ years experience with full life-cycle implementation of SFDC sales, marketing and services cloud another 4 yrs in presales cycle.
Preferred Experience: Strong domain expertise.SFDC, CRM implementation, configuration, system design, customization or related project activities.
Special Skill
Essential : Expertise in functional analysis, gap fit with SFDC, determining modification requests to SFDC and writing specifications or their development. It is expected that the functional analyst with possess deep knowledge of one or more SFDC clouds and has significant sales, marketing and services cloud experience.
Preferred : Fluent English; Good Presentation and Communication skills (both written and verbal)
