Hardware Asset Management
Physical Verification of Delivery Challan, Invoices, New Assets received, inward outward of assets.
Maintain Asset Life cycle
EOL Asset replacements
Receipt, of new IT assets, need to do inward transactions in tracker and system, Maintain All Document of Receipt hardware and uploading.
Co-ordination with various vendors like Dell, HP for installation work
Co-ordination with end users for various activity like asset allocation, asset replacement, Asset verification, Asset transfer etc.
Preparation for delivery and arranging for transport of material
Proper Labelling and updating of new assets in Asset Management System
Track inventory status on ongoing basis, maintain records, Physical stock verification.
Collection of old material, segregation, cleaning, checking, sorting, re-labeling, and storage of usable material.
Periodic review of material, identification of material for disposal, segregation, storage, vendor inspection, prepare documents, hand-over of material.
Maintain disposal records and documentation, Updating asset management system for removal of assets
Co-Ordination with Site IT Technicians on case-to-case basis. Like New system installation activity, old lease asset replacement activity
Monitoring transportation used for internal asset collection
Monthly reconciliation of lease assets
Coordination with Corp Purchase team (Regarding PO details, delivery details, etc.)
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Preparing Daily & Monthly reports for the IT Asset Related matters
Preparation of Insurance of IT asset (Monthly, yearly)
Stock Taking & Reconciliation
Essential Qualification: Should be Graduate
Preferred Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, Material management Diploma / Degree
Essential Experience: Minimum 3 -4 years of experience in IT store Knowledge of PC hardware, Software. Printers and Network Device Good command of English Language
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of PC hardware, Software etc.
Essential : Should be well versed with MS Office / MS Excel
Preferred : Well versed with MS Word / Mail Merge /Advanced Excel / Report creation etc.
